I don’t have enough time in a day to talk about how wonderful these two are. The love that these two have for each other is so incredibly beautiful and inspiring. The word affable was spoken specifically about Liz and it couldn’t be more true. There are two types of people in this world – people who walk into a room and think “Here I am!” or walk into a room and say, “There you are!”. Tony and Liz are “there you are” people. Even on their wedding day they were always thinking of others. Liz and I were riding in the car on the way to see Tony for their first look at the Kellogg Manor and she asked me to catch her up on how my life was going on the drive! The whole day supported that moment. Countless individuals affirming the thoughtfulness, kindness, and intentionality of this couple.
Their day started downtown Kalamazoo to get ready and then Tony and Liz had their first look and portraits done at Kellogg Manor. I definitely cried… it’s fine. Their ceremony took place at Gull Lake Country Club overlooking the water with a bubble exit to a “cocktail hour” boat ride for the bridal party. The celebration continued with a gorgeously tented reception. The best part of all of this is the fast friend I found in Liz and catching up with her after her wedding over coffee. Thankful for these two and I love their love.
