I’m pretty sure I could talk about how wonderful these two are all day. I have never met two more sentimental people than Roman and Izzie. Every decision in their wedding planning and engagement session has been so intentional and has value and meaning to them. Even talking with Izzie about the time of year she told me that they just really want to be outside, with gorgeous Michigan golden hour, and lots of movement during their session. So with the fastest engagement session turnaround I’ve had to date, we took their engagement photos in early May exactly one month before their wedding day! The most perfect celebration! Spring has been so lovely this year in West Michigan and gave us the most beautiful blossoms in this abandoned orchard for their session and then we landed at Lookout Park in Grand Rapids to enjoy the sunset.

Roman and Izzie fell in love as camp counselors and it’s no surprise, they are a dream together. They have a beautiful love and respect for one another. They are playful, full of laughter, and excitement to be married. Their joy is truly contagious and I couldn’t be more excited to document their wedding this Summer.
